Veteran-Owned and Operated: Semper Tie
Evertrak is a veteran-owned business with roots in St. Louis, Missouri that extend across the country. We left our service deeply grateful for our country and the opportunities it provides. We believe in building a company that reflects veteran values, and at Evertrak, that means working hard and treating everyone with respect.
Leadership
Tim is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Evertrak. His job is to set the vision for the Company, build the team and culture, and never run out of money.
Jeremy’s job is to spark greatness in our frontline team mates and to ensure that our customer gets the same tie every time.
Jim is vice president at Evertrak. His job is to ensure that we have access to affordable, abundant and high quality recycled plastic and glass fiber.
John Giallonardo brings a proven track record in the railroad industry and over twenty years of expertise and in driving organizational growth and providing innovative customer solutions.
John is the Controller for Evertrak. His job is to ensure that we know where our cash is, pay our people and suppliers, and get paid on time. He also serves many roles including ensuring a strong HR function.
Edmonn is the Engineering Director at Evertrak. His job is to ensure Evertrak leads the industry in product quality and production reliability.
Matt is the Plant Manager at Evertrak. His job is to lead Evertrak operations by our core values of RESPECT, TEAM, GRIT, ZEAL, CURIOSITY and TRUTH.
Board & Advisors
Greg serves on the board of directors of NICE Holding Co LLC, the holding company of Evertrak. Greg is a senior advisor to businesses and institutional investors. From 2005 to 2015, Greg served as a Senior Managing Director and in other roles with Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager. Prior to this, he served as an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and as an attorney with Bryan Cave LLP in St. Louis. He currently serves on the board of directors of Acushnet Holdings Corp. (NYSE: GOLF).
Dennis serves on the board of directors of NICE Holding Co LLC, the holding company of Evertrak. Dennis is the Chairman & CEO, New Vista Capital and Chairman, Advanced Manufacturing Innovation Center St Louis. Dennis is the former Chairman, President & CEO, The Boeing Company and former Caterpillar Board Member (NYSE: CAT). He is a Board member / Senior advisor for multiple private companies.
